Returns Policy
All items are eligible for an exchange or a return for a full refund within 7 days of delivery, unless noted otherwise at the time of purchase. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (if you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within 3-4 weeks once you ship the item(s) back to us, however, in many cases, refunds do usually get processed quicker than quoted. We have a 5 year old Border Collie who pulls constantly with a collar or harness, while walking.

This harness stayed tight during our walk. SO worth the price and very sturdy. Wish we would have bought this the first time. Our other harness would loosen up and our pup could wiggle out of them. Love it!!

This harness is definitely easy to use, and sturdy. The way it has been designed will last a very long time. I have had a couple others that were too cumbersome to put on my dog, and just sat in a drawer till I threw them away. This one, I use daily because it so easy to put on and take off. If my dog could only talk, she would say “Highly recommend buying one, my buddy loves it and so do I”. I know, because she wags her tail when she walks.
I love, the quality is super good. I have a German shepherd-Husky of 1years and the wide makes him perfectly. He'll be able to use it for a long time. The quality is beautiful and with the name and phone number its even more beautiful. I love it and I would recommend another soon its on :)
